At empatera, we are committed to providing products that make pregnancy sleep easier and more comfortable. We stand by the quality of our pillow and recommend using it for at least 14 nights before deciding on a return, so you can fully experience its benefits. If you are still unsatisfied after 14 nights and within our 90-Night Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at hello@empatera.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your cancellation is confirmed within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
90-Night Money Back Guarantee
We are confident SleepEase™ by empatera will improve your comfort, and we encourage you to try it for a minimum of 14 nights. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within 90 nights under our money back guarantee. Please note: any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Please note: shipping wear to the box (dents, scuffs, etc.) does not count as product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@empatera.com with clear photos of the product. If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost. We cannot replace or refund items damaged from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We work hard to deliver orders on time, but shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot resend or refund the package.
