At empatera, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. These times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s service.

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

  • 🌍 International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs inspections, shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays. These are outside of our control and may extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you by e-mail within 3 business days to verify. If we do not hear back, we may cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please e-mail us at hello@empatera.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be processing.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and work hard to ship as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays or disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Payment or address verification issues

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates. Please note that empatera is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our control. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@empatera.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend also filing a claim directly with the courier service, as they may require additional details to investigate. In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver your package. If not, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Please note: empatera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these are not covered under our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue.
